Camilla Stivers is a renowned scholar and professor of Public Administration who is also known for her contributions in the fields of Urban Studies and Public service Known primarily for her influential work “Bureau Men, Settlement Women: Constructing Public Administration in the Progressive Era”, Dr. Stivers has been published frequently and consistently throughout the years, and is seen as somewhat of an icon in the field of Public Administration.
